¶1In re: Robert Earl Gage applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus and stay order.

¶2Writ denied. As to the motion for preliminary hearing and motion to quash there is no error in the ruling of the trial judge. As to the motion to suppress, there is an adequate remedy by appeal in the event of conviction.
