¶1Judgment of separation was rendered at trial on February 7, 1977. The judgment was signed on February 10, 1977. Appellant did not make a motion for appeal nor furnish an appeal bond until March 29, 1977, which was not timely. LSA-C.C.P. Art. 3942.
¶2Appellant was notified of our probable lack of jurisdiction and did not respond to our order to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed.
¶3At appellant’s cost, the appeal is DISMISSED.
