“What is critical, consistent with J.F. v. B.K ., is that a defendant receive notice of the conduct alleged to constitute a predicate offense. The complaint served upon defendant in this case did not provide such notice; nevertheless, we are satisfied that defendant did have actual notice and the opportunity to defend against plaintiff's allegations arising from her August 19 discovery.
