¶2Except that part of the opinion affirming dismissal of the petition for modification of alimony, I concur.
¶3I dissent as to affirmance of dismissal of the petition for modification of alimony based on counsel’s concession, and would reverse and remand for an evidentiary hearing on the petition for modification of alimony.
