¶1ORDER ON MOTION TO DISMISS
¶2This cause coming on to be heard on the motion of Respondent to dismiss, on the ground that the complaint herein fails to meet the requirements of Rule 5A of the Court of Claims;
¶3And Claimant not having responded thereto;
¶4And the Court being fully advised in the premises;
¶5It is hereby ordered that Respondent’s motion to dismiss the complaint be, and hereby is granted, without prejudice.
