¶2Writ denied. Since relator cannot be sentenced to jail under La.R.S. 32:415, Argersinger v. Hamlin, 407 U.S. 25, 92 S.Ct. 2006, 32 L.Ed.2d 530 (1972) is not applicable here. Hence, ruling of trial judge is correct.
