PER CURIAM.

¶1This appeal is from an order of the Circuit Court, by which the appellant was held to be in contempt of the court and was fined. On the facts, it was within the discretion of the court to so hold. See: In Re Taylor, 240 So.2d 170 (Fla. 1st DCA 1970). Involved was a direct contempt, and it appears from the record that the procedural requirements therefor were met. Fla.R. Crim.P. 3.830.

¶2Affirmed.
