¶1Appellant appeals a summary final judgment in favor of the appellee in an action on a foreign judgment.
¶2The record on appeal discloses that there are genuine issues of material fact which have not been eliminated by the movant for summary judgment. Ratner v. Hensley, 303 So.2d 41 (Fla. 3d DCA 1974).
¶3Reversed and remanded for further proceedings.
