¶1dissenting.

¶2I respectfully dissent. The. State having chosen to charge the defendant in a single paragraph with stating that he never went to the three addresses on four consecutive Saturdays during the month of April, 1976, and each element of this charge not having been proved, I find that the probata did not meet the allegata. Therefore, I would reverse the order of contempt.
