¶1In re: Lillie Mae Jackson applying for supervisory writs and stay order. Parish of Orleans.

¶2Granted. The conviction is affirmed, but the sentence is set aside and the ease is remanded to the district court for re-sentencing in compliance with Louisiana Act 635 of 1977, § 1 C.
