Kittles v. State

¶1Upon review this court is of the opinion that the appellant was entitled to the disclosure of the identity of the confidential informant involved herein on the authority of Woods v. State, Case No. 76-836, 355 So.2d 437, Opinion issued February 7, 1978 (Fla. 4th DCA 1978). Accordingly, this cause is hereby reversed for a new trial and other proceedings consistent with this opinion.
