¶1JOINT MOTION TO DISMISS
¶2Now into court comes the State of Louisiana through Assistant District Attorney, Abbott J. Reeves and defense counsel J. Hunter Bienvenu and with respect petitions the court to dismiss the application for writ of the above entitled captioned case filed February 28, 1978 for review of ruling in the 24th Judicial District Court. Amicable resolution of the question regarding compulsory process has been reached.
