¶1Larry Richard Digman appeals the summary denial of his pro se motion for post conviction relief pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. The allegations in Digman’s motion are refuted by the record which we have carefully examined. No reversible error having been demonstrated, therefore, the order of the trial court is affirmed.
