¶1In re: Gerald Hatcher applying for supervisory writs. Orleans Parish.

¶2Writ denied. Appropriate remedy is by appeal. Review of trial transcript is necessary in order to resolve the Prieur issue in absence of stipulation as to issues at trial.

¶3would grant. The trial judge is correct in his assessment of the wasted effort in deciding this issue on appeal.
