¶1Defendant was convicted after trial by jury of second degree murder and sentenced to life imprisonment, without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence for a period of forty years.
¶2Because we find no reversible error in any of defendant’s eighteen assignments of error, the conviction and sentence are affirmed.
