¶1In re: Byron Wade applying for post-conviction relief and issuance of a writ of habeas corpus. Parish of East Carroll.

¶2Writ granted: Evidentiary hearing ordered to determine the nature of the plea bargain and whether it has been violated. The trial judge should also consider whether the sentence is cast in legal form to comply with the plea bargain and is authorized to recast it, if not.
