¶2Denied as moot. An out-of-time appeal was granted in this case Jan. 6, 1977, but was not entered in trial court minutes. The trial court shall forward a copy of its Jan. 6, 1977 ruling and appoint a lawyer, if need be, to represent applicant on appeal.
