¶11. In the light of the facts of the case and the entire charge of the court, the excerpts from the charge, excepted to, were not error for any reason assigned. The chai’ge was full and fair and correctly presented to the jury the issues in the case and the appropriate law thereon.

¶22. The verdict was authorized by the evidence, and the refusal to grant a new trial was not error.

¶3Judgment affirmed.
