¶2Writ denied. It appears that defendant has not been sentenced twice for the same crime. His sentence on 1/9/76 in Section C, Criminal District Court # 251-374 was for a different offense than that on 2/5/74 Section G, Criminal District Court # 239-823, although in the former instance his multiple bill incorporated as a prior conviction that in # 239-823.
