¶1In re: Joel T. Chaisson applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition and mandamus. Parish of Orleans.

¶2Writ granted. The ruling of the trial court insofar as it ordered plaintiff to produce all documents requested is vacated. Case is remanded to the District Court to consider the objection to production on its merits, since apparently the trial court did not do so.

DIXON, J., dissents from order.
