JUSTICE McCULLOUGH,

¶1dissenting:

¶2I respectfully dissent from the majority’s determination that the trial court did misstate the law regarding the limited-authority doctrine in its response to the jury question. I believe the arguments made by the State in its brief and its application of Bush are appropriate. The trial court did not commit reversible error with respect to the jury instructions. Because the majority did not address the constitutional issue, it will not be addressed in this dissent.
