Coleman v. State

Missouri Court of Appeals

Decided April 10, 2012

Missouri Court of Appeals · decided 2012-04-10

Decided 2012-04-10

¶1 ORDER

PER CURIAM.

¶2 Christopher D. Coleman appeals from the denial of his Rule 24.035 motion for postconviction relief following an evidentia-ry hearing. We affirm.

¶3 We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal and find the claims of error to be without merit. An extended opinion would have no jurisprudential or precedential value. We have, however, provided a memorandum opinion for the use of the parties setting forth the reasons for our decision. We affirm the trial court’s judgment pursuant to Rule 84.16(b).
