¶1All of the issues posed by this appeal were passed upon when we upheld the constitutionality of Section 784.07, Florida Statutes (1976), in Soverino v. State, 356 So.2d 269 (Fla.1978).
¶2Accordingly, the trial court is reversed and the case remanded for proceedings consistent with our ruling.
