¶1To prevail on appeal, under well-established rules of review, it is incumbent upon the aggrieved party to show manifest error below prejudicial to the Appellant’s substantial rights. Having carefully considered the entire record on appeal, along with the briefs and arguments of counsel, we find that the Appellant has not met this burden.
