¶1In re Rory Franklin applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition and mandamus, and for a stay order. Parish of Jefferson.

¶2Writ denied. Defendant has an adequate remedy by appeal in the event of conviction.

¶3is of the opinion that double jeopardy attached and after a directed verdict, defendant cannot be compelled to continue as a defendant in a criminal trial. State v. Baskin, 301 So.2d 313 (La. 1974).
