¶1The order under review is reversed and the cause remanded with directions to enter a judgment in favor of the appellant Violet Lydia Phelps based on the authority of Gyorok v. Davis, 183 So.2d 701 (Fla. 3d DCA 1966); §§ 56.29(6)(a), 726.01 Fla.Stat. (1977). In our view, a fraudulent conveyance of monies herein into the subject joint bank account was established by the appellant in the trial court as a matter of law.
