¶11. In the light of the facts of the case and the entire charge of the court, the several assignments of error upon the charge are without substantial merit.
¶22. After a careful review of the brief of evidence, this court can not hold that there was no evidence authorizing the verdict; and, the finding of the jury having been approved by the trial judge, this court is without authority to interfere.
¶3Judgment affirmed.
