37 Ga. App. 821

Sims v. State

Court of Appeals of Georgia

Decided March 7, 1928

Court of Appeals of Georgia · decided 1928-03-07

Decided 1928-03-07

Broyles, C. J.

¶1The evidence adduced was sufficient to authorize the jury to find that it excluded every reasonable hypothesis but that of the defendant’s guilt, and the refusal to grant a new trial (the motion being based on the usual general grounds only) was not error.

¶2Judgment affirmed.

Lulce, J., concurs. Bloockoorth, J., absent on account of illness.
