¶1Judgment and order reversed, and new trial ordered, costs to abide event, unless the plaintiff stipulates to reduce the verdict and judgment by deducting therefrom the sum of $177.15, in which case the judgment as so modified and the order are affirmed, without costs of this appeal to either party.
