¶1In re Kermit George, applying for writs of certiorari, review, prohibition, mandamus and stay order. Orleans Parish. No. 269-009.

¶2Granted. The respondent is ordered to produce evidence of the authority of the agent emanating from the Governor of Florida “commanding him to receive the person to be extradited and to deliver him to the proper authority”; cf. La.C.Cr.P. 277; within ten days or else release the relator.
