¶1In re State of Louisiana applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition and mandamus. Parish of Orleans. No. 255-335.

¶2Writ granted. The district attorney is ordered to obtain the presence of the absent witness without undue delay; and to institute, if he wishes, proceedings to determine the proper source of funds for reimbursement if he is entitled to it, after impleading the proper parties.
