¶2Writ granted. The crime charged, La. R.S. 14:42 (1978), is not capital, and the accused is constitutionally entitled to be admitted to bail. La.Const. of 1974, art. 1, section 18. The trial court is ordered to hold a contradictory bail hearing forthwith.
