¶1In re Douglas Johnson applying for writ of review. Parish of East Baton Rouge.

¶2Writ granted. The relator alleges he has been arrested on three forgery charges and that he has requested a preliminary examination without avail. Information requested of us from district court does not negative this allegation. The petitioner is entitled to a preliminary examination, if he has moved for same, and it is so ordered.
