¶1The trial judge correctly held that the doctrine of interspousal immunity bars this action. The judgment below is therefore affirmed on the authority of Corren v. Corren, 47 So.2d 774 (Fla.1950) and Bencomo v. Bencomo, 200 So.2d 171 (Fla.1967), cert. denied, 389 U.S. 970, 88 S.Ct. 466, 19 L.Ed.2d 461 (1967).
