¶1In re Charles Smith, applying for writs of certiorari, mandamus, prohibition and a stay order. Orleans Parish. No. Magistrate 87534.

¶2Writ granted. The contempt adjudication is vacated. The defendant cannot be found guilty of a contempt with which he was not charged nor given notice of by the rule to show cause.
