¶1ON REHEARING
¶2On rehearing the court has considered the briefs of both sides and the record, and has concluded that the record fails to establish the facts necessary to entitle plaintiff to ownership based on 30-year acquisitive prescription.
¶3Accordingly, the original opinion is reinstated as the judgment of this court.
