¶1An appeal from a summary denial of appellant’s Rule 3.850 motion. We do not reach the merits of the appeal because the motion, attacking a judgment entered in 1971, substantially violated Rule 3.850 by failing to state whether appellant has previously filed any appeal or post-conviction motion.
