¶1 concurring. No claim was made at trial that the totality of the circumstances conveyed to the jury the impression that the trial judge was of the opinion that the prosecuting witness was telling the truth.

¶2 The absence of a defense motion for mistrial suggests that if such an appearance existed, it did not “register” with defense counsel.
