For purposes of this subchapter:
(1) The term “veteran” has the meaning given such term by paragraph (2) of section 101.
(2) The term “homeless veteran” means a veteran who is a homeless individual.
(3) The term “homeless individual” has the meaning given such term by section 103 of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 11302).
