PER CURIAM.

¶1The record on appeal reveals genuine issues of material fact sufficient to preclude the entry of a summary judgment in this case. We, therefore, reverse the trial court’s order granting appellee’s motion for partial summary judgment and remand this cause to the trial court for further proceedings.

¶2REVERSED and REMANDED.

HOBSON, Acting C. J., OTT, J., and CHEATWOOD, J. CLIFFORD, Associate Judge, concur.
