¶1The order of the trial court denying the appellant’s motion for attorneys’ fees is reversed on the basis of this court’s recent ruling in Butler v. Butler, 376 So.2d 287 (Fla. 5th DCA 1979). This cause is remanded for further proceedings consistent with the views expressed in Butler, supra.
¶2REVERSED AND REMANDED.
