¶1Having reviewed the record and considered the briefs in this cause, we find no error in Points I through III. Appellant argues and the state concedes that the sentence entered violates the terms of the plea arrangement.
¶2Accordingly, the judgment is affirmed and the case remanded for correction of the sentence.
