¶2For the reasons stated there, I join Judge Battaglia’s opinion for the Court through and including its part 11(A) (addressing attorney-client privilege) and, thus-, the judgment; however, I also join part B (effectiveness of curative instruction regarding testimonial allusion to pre-Miranda silence) of Judge Wilner’s dissent.
