¶1Upon consideration of the petition for writ of habeas corpus, the rule to show cause previously issued herein, the motion to dismiss filed by respondent, and response thereto filed by petitioner, the rule to show cause is hereby discharged, the motion to dismiss is granted and the petition dismissed.
