¶2The matter having come on to be argued on April 17, 1980, and the appellant having neither filed a brief nor appeared, through counsel or in proper person;
¶3IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to Rule VII, Section 5(b), the appeal is considered abandoned and is, therefore, dismissed at appellant’s cost.
