¶2I respectfully dissent.
¶3The evidence is overwhelming that defendant is probably not a menace to society or himself if he continues to receive psychiatric care and medication. Defendant’s freedom should not depend upon whether he has funds to purchase adequate medical services or whether he has relatives who will provide medical supervision of him.
