¶1concurring.
¶2I concur in most of the views expressed in the majority opinion; however, I cannot agree with the last portion of the review *778which státes that “Without a certain price there can be no sale”. In my opinion, considering the recent Louisiana Supreme Court case of Benglis Sash & Door Company v. A. P. Leonards et al., 387 So.2d 1171 (La.1980), the herein quoted language of the majority in this case is not correct. However, I concur in the result reached by the majority.
