¶1In re State of Louisiana; — Plaintiff; Applying For Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court Div. C, No. 495-928; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 2010-K-0857.

¶2Writ granted. A sentence for a crime of violence may not be suspended. La. C.Cr.P. Art. 893(A). The trial court’s sentence in this matter is vacated, and the case is remanded to the trial court for resentencing.
