¶1Unlawfully selling intoxicating liquor is the offense; penalty assessed at confinement in the penitentiary for a period of one year.
¶2Neither bills of exception nor statement of facts are found in the record. The indictment is regular and regularly presented. No fault in the procedure has been observed or called to the attention of the court.
¶3The judgment is affirmed.
