Most-quoted passages
The sentences later courts lift from this opinion, ranked by how many decisions quote each — the parts of the opinion doing the work. These counts are smaller than the citation total above because most of the 25 citing decisions cite the case generally; a passage count includes only decisions quoting that exact language verbatim.
“2. EFFECT OF DIVORCE DECREE. The parties agree that unless otherwise specifically provided herein, this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect after such time as a final decree in divorce may be entered with respect to the parties. 3. AGREEMENT TO BE INCORPORATED IN DIVORCE DECREE. The parties agree that the terms of this Agreement shall be incorporated but not merged into any divorce decree which may be entered with respect to them. The parties further agree that the Court of Common Pleas which may enter such Divorce Decree shall retain continuing jurisdiction over the parties and the subject matter of the Agreement for the purpose of enforcement of any of the provisions thereof.”
